It is the world's tallest church, pending the eventual completion of the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, Spain. Ulm Minster has a steeple measuring 161.5 metres (530 ft).

Visitors to Ulm Cathedral can climb all 768 steps that lead to the top of the minster's spire. There is a fantastic panoramic view at 143 m (469 ft), giving an amazing view of of Ulm in Bavaria. On a clear day, you can see the Alps.
