This video is focused on the ever-changing tuk tuk and autorickshaw situation in Phnom Penh with tips and suggestions on how to cope with the current environment. If you would prefer to use a regular car taxi in Phnom Penh they must be booked either with one of the ride share apps like Grab or PassApp Taxi or with the help of your hotel or guesthouse. You can of course call a taxi yourself but it is nearly impossible to hail a cab on the street. If you're booking a tuk tuk on the street you can use the apps as a reference, although the drivers on the street will no doubt expect more. ALWAYS AGREE TO A PRICE UP FRONT!!!
