The Absolute Best Method to make a Bubble/Puff/Biscuit Quilt

I studied all the methods I could find and I think I accidentally stumbled upon the best method to make the bubble quilt. I will have to try it again using the proper technique real soon until then enjoy my struggle j/k this came out pretty cool it was just more work than necessary.
