Finish a puff or biscuit quilt video tutorial - Part 2

This is part 2 on how to make a puff or biscuit quilt. Let's finish the puff or biscuit cat bed now.
Just a small note. My quilt is small so I didn’t tie it. I’ve washed it and it comes out fine.
For a larger quilt it may be best to tie it every set of 4 puffs in a square if that makes sense.
