Humans have always needed horses
Graeme Green will be talking about the timeless relationship between horses and humans.
Humans traditionally have made sense of the world in which they live through the stories they tell. Those stories help us to face challenges and share wisdom and experience through generations. And in those stories there are so often horses – not just as transport or beasts of burden but as characters of inspiration and aspiration.
And so the horse plays a central role in that which we understand of our world. In so many ways, Equine Facilitated practices have brought us full circle. Working with horses to explore or reconnect with ourselves and our experiences. Once again helping humans to make sense of their worlds.
