Doug Holmberg, World's Strongest 68 yr old, 24 Pull-ups, Sat 1-9-2021

This was filmed on Sat 1-9-21 and was my first real workout since Wed 12-16-20, and almost 3-weeks ago. I did have a very short easy workout on Wed 1-6-21.
After looking at the video, I guess my form was not all that bad: not real good - but not that bad either.
My extension was pretty decent and almost to a full dead-lock-out on each rep.
Good to know that my strength held up pretty good over the holidays. I was up almost 10 pounds since Sat 12-12-20 when I competed in the San Juan, Pureto Rico, NPC (non-tested) Bodybuilding Championships where I placed 2nd in the 50+ Masters division. (A 51 yr old, 17 years my junior, took 1st - - he was really good.)

I hope to continue my typical workout regime of 5 to 6 days per week and a typical intense 60-minute work-out combining super-sets and drop-sets w/ no more than 60-seconds rest between sets.
If I'm doing drop-sets, I do not rest at all in between sets.
I typically exercise every muscle group REALLY HARD once per week, followed by 5 to 6-days rest.
I'll do at least 12-reps per set and usually 6-movements per muscle group.
