A Good Day at the Minnesota State Fair. These Marines, on this day, said I broke the record for most they had ever seen someone do, especially w/ pretty good form, using a regular grip and not the far easier bicep grip and no jerking or kipping. They saw me about 1 hour earlier when I did 25.9 pull-ups and said 26 was the record which I almost tied. I took care of that I guess w/ my second attempt !
They want me come back later in the week to do it again and bring the video and photos so they can post.
I failed to tell them my age
Those that know me, know this video is not about boasting or arrogance, simply An Appreciation of Life.
We all will get there, especially when Autumn is upon us. Better to have attempted than to wish you had after the years have slipped by and you're counting down.
What's Possible ?

WHY NOT !!!

NOTE:
For all you young guys back at the gym wearing gloves and wraps, w/ a rigid non-vibrating rack and rubber coated handles - - reduce your personal best by at least 5 or 6 to mimic the Marine Pull-Up Challenge: No gloves, No Nothing, just a shaky rack w/ a slippery bar from a couple of hundred sweaty hands before you !
