Eastern Brown Snake

During my lunch break at work I followed up on a tip-off from a guy who had seen a large Brown Snake. It was about 17oC, so I thought I might find it where he saw it, on an area of concrete down by the Werribee River. Even though I was looking carefully, it saw me first and it disappeared down a hole in the concrete. I kept my distance and stayed still and it quickly re-emerged. After getting a few stills, I switched my DSLR over to video and tried to get some handheld footage. I think it turned out well. :)
