BEEF WELLINGTON on the Grill, Easy, Quick and DELICIOUS Recipe!

HOW TO MAKE BEEF WELLINGTON ON THE GRILL
I cooked it @ (450°F / 218°C) until I hit the internal temp of 115°F / 46°C

* Ingredients *
1 Chateaubriand (Tenderloin Center Cut)
2 Puff Pastry Sheets (You can find it on the frozen isle)
8 Slices of Parma Ham (Prosciutto)
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
Salt and Pepper to Taste

1 Can of White Small Mushroom (you can use fresh but I like can better)
1 Cup of Chicken Stock
1 tbsp Salted Butter
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Bourbon Whiskey (optional)
