Service dogs in training visit Detroit airport

Five puppies training to be assistance dogs for people with disabilities spent some time at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. The dogs walked through a Transportation Security Administration checkpoint, rode an elevated tram and boarded an airplane. It's all part of an effort to acclimate the dogs to places they might need to go later in life. (Video provided by Associated Press)
