SVSU AD says NCAA penalties ‘shot across bow’ for Division II programs
In February of 2019, the NCAA found Saginaw Valley State University guilty of 137 violations regarding compliance, citing a lack of resources. Since then, SVSU has added money and personnel to its compliance department.
