View Edge (321m). This walk starts at the English Heritage car park at Stokesay Castle, there is a long approach before you enter the woods at the base. The wood section is steep and gnarly. The top is an anticlimax, with no views, despite having 167m of prominence. An easier route to the top would be from the other direction, from a nearby road, but it's then 1)flat, 2)close to private gardens and 3)not a 'hill walk'.
So yes, 'View Edge' has no views. The best views are coming back down across the fields closest to Stokesay and seeing the Castle.
