Mountains of Metta - a Conversation (part one)

One of my primary reasons for learning to make videos, was the desire to go hiking and interview people about religious beliefs, and fostering inter monastic dialogue. This video is more of a Dhamma talk and not an interview but it is close to what I have envisioned for how this channel will be used.

I forgot to bring my microphones so the audio is not great. Special thanks to Metta, Birken’s audio guru for her help in cleaning up and making the audio a bit louder. Anumodana ! ! !

Jason recently arrived at Birken to be a caretaker, mostly helping with cooking, work in the kitchen and some maintenance. We decided to do an over night camping trip to the cliffs which I recently started to explore. Here is part one of a conversation we had about Metta meditation practice. This conversation will be made into at least a three part video, maybe four.
