Letting Go of the Old You | #BranchSpeaks

In this Adventure, I take you on a walk through the forest toward the Ocean along the Oregon Coast. Along the path is a transformational ceremony to Let Go of the parts of my self that are no longer serving me. As I participate It almost feels like I was participating in my own episode of the Taking Off the Mask Podcast.

There were many moments during Convergence 6 by Sacred Sons that I had a chance to explore, take in the Forest and the Ocean, and reflect on what these places mean to me and the feelings that they bring up.
