Which Of These Boys Do You Resonate With?
I resonate with both of these boys.
I am a good helper and I love helping others. Sometimes so much so, that I can get upset if they don’t let me help.
But I am also sometimes bad a receiving help, not because I think I can do it alone, but because I don’t want to bother others, I don’t want to be seen as needy, I don’t want to inconvenience anyone.
Recently a mentor of mine shared the following thought…
When I don’t allow people to help me, I deny them the opportunity to feel the joy I feel when I get to help others. 🤦🏾♂️🤔 📠
