Alex Morgan EXCLUSIVE: "I've Hit My Stride Since Lyon Return" (Post-Match Reaction v. NZL) - 9-19-17

Whilst wearing the captain’s armband, Alex Morgan gives an exclusive post-match reaction interview to Fox Sports 1's (“FS1”) Jenny Taft after scoring two goals ("brace") when the USWNT defeated New Zealand in a 5-0 rout win on September 19th, 2017 in front of a record-breaking Ohio home crowd of 30,529 fans at Nippert Stadium on the University of Cincinnati campus. This was Morgan's 130th appearance ("cap") and with her brace, she took sole possession of 7th place all-time on the USWNT goal scoring list moving past ‘99ers legend, Cindy Parlow. It was Morgan’s 19th international career multiple-goal game landing her with 77 total tallies, the first coming in the 46th minute (her first touch of the match) beating the New Zealand goalkeeper near post and the 69th minute with a wicked left-footed strike into the upper 90 netting, both coming off assists from young Team USA star, Mallory ("Mal") Pugh.
