This empty and lifeless city is often regarded as the world's strangest capital city notable for its colossal scale and relative lack of residents.

The city has underground war bunkers, weapons storages and tunnels that can be used in an event of a conflict.

It has streets that span up to 20 lanes, deliberately designed in a way that they can be used to land aircrafts in a military emergency. One of the videos that became famous during the military coup of February 2021 was a fitness instructor dancing on the backdrop of one such road, unaware of the coup happening behind her. The city is so empty, it's possible to drive on the 20 lane highway without encountering any other vehicle during what would be regarded as rush hour.
