Join me for this 45 Min Basic Step aerobics and Abs workout you can do at home or at the gym!
35 Minutes of easy to follow but not boring step aerobics choreography followed by 10 minutes of abs.
All you need is a step (or not)!
Choreography for this routine..
SEGMENT 1
1 basic
1 leg back
3 corner to corner kicks getting bigger each time
1 V-step

SEGMENT 2
2 Center knees
Triple tap out
2 knee to elbow center
1 L-Step

SEGMENT 3
Repeater 7
2 Stomps 1 kick
2 corner to corner curls
