'Your Rain' was written in the week following the Paris attacks at the Bataclan theatre and café district. The pictures that provide the background are drawn from different man-made humanitarian disasters around the world. Rain is a Biblical symbol of abundance/blessing/the Holy Spirit's presence; a symbol that is shared and understood by many if not all cultures and religions. When man rises up in hatred, all suffer - especially the innocent victims, too often children, that are caught in the aftermath of destruction. Reason enough to end the violence and to work to promote peace and tolerance. Please consider giving to an organization promoting reconciliation today. 'Love your enemies' - Jesus.
