Stir-Fried Mussels with Vegetables

A colorful and flavorful stir-fry packed with tender mussels, crisp vegetables, and a savory sauce! Perfect for a light lunch, dinner, or a healthy family meal. Bursting with flavor and nutrients in every bite.

🥘 Ingredients:

2 cups cooked mussels
1 small onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 small carrot, julienned
2 cloves garlic, minced
2–3 green chilies, sliced (optional for spice)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt & pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Directions:

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add onions, bell pepper, carrot, and green chilies; stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add cooked mussels, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well and cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot as a main dish or with steamed rice.
