🥘 Ingredients:

3 cups cooked penne pasta
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella blend)
1 cup cream or milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook 1–2 min. Gradually whisk in cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until thickened.
Toss cooked pasta, chicken, and broccoli in the sauce. Mix until evenly coated.
Transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
