Do This Exercise if You Have Neck Pain Sitting at Your Desk
In this video, Dr. Sam Schroetke of Physical Therapy & Hand Clinic of Hillsboro demonstrates Sustained Cervical Retraction & Extension on Prone, which is an excellent exercise for those of us who have desk jobs and use our phones a lot.
Hold the position for 30-60 seconds and repeat every 2-3 hours or as needed for pain.
