Unboxing and Assembling the $87 Wen 4208 8", 5-Speed Drill Press | Here's my thoughts...

I got a new drill press!!! In this video I unbox and assemble the Wen 4208 8", 5-speed drill press that you can get off Amazon for 87 dollars (at the time of posting this video).

So is this the right drill press for you? I have no idea, I feel as though only you will be able to determine that. However, for me and the size of my shop and the smaller projects I work on, I think this drill press is perfect! And for 87 dollars off of Amazon, I think that is a steal! I honestly am quite amazed that I could get this drill press for that price. I can't wait to use it more!

As I mentioned in the video, something I've been thinking about is how I can find myself spending so much time researching, debating in my head, and looking for the right tool that it actually impedes me from buying anything, which results in me ending up not being able to enjoy getting to use the tool. Something I feel like I'm starting to realize about myself is that if I just "go for it" and get the tool, and worry less about if it is the "best budget tool" that I end up getting to do more of what I love, which is woodworking, and spend less time watching videos about other people doing woodworking. So anyway, if you've made it this far in the description and care to hear my two cents, then I say if there's something you've been thinking about getting for awhile now, just pull the trigger! Hopefully it led to being able to enjoy getting to use whatever it is and doing more of what you love. And that is the end of my musings...
