Korean seaweed soup also known as Miyeok Guk is a very traditional and authentic meal typically eaten on our birthdays. Why? It is tradition for mothers to eat seaweed soup after they have given birth to help them heal. It has many health benefits including high calcium, iodine, magnesium, zinc, iron and vitamin C. This is a super light and delicious soup that you can eat at any occasion. Hope you guys enjoy this recipe!

PREP TIME - 15 minutes
TOTAL COOK TIME - 1 hour

|| INGREDIENTS ||
► 1 lb of beef chuck (can substitute for chicken or seafood)
► 700 GRAMS OF DRIED SEAWEED
► 1 LB OF BEEF CHUCK
► 4-6 CLOVES OF GARLIC
► 10 CUPS OF WATER
► 1 TBSP SESAME OIL
► 1.5 TBSP SOUP SOY SAUCE
► 1 TBSP OF FISH SAUCE (OPTIONAL)
► 1 TBSP OF DASHIDA (OPTIONAL)
► SALT TO TASTE
► STEAMED RICE
