Fat Thread Skinny Insert -- Rope Thread CNC Turning

First time I'm running these type of threads in this way. Took a few hours to program this thread. Used a Sandvik Triangle inserts and some creative programming to achieve my objective. I've done thousands of these threads but always with a custom carbide form insert and regular threading program. The DMC Lathe could not handle a form tool this wide so decided to improvise. My arbor still needs a bit of adjustment but overall pretty happy with this set up. Many cuts but pretty fast. Got a total of 100 pcs for first order. Hoping for more. If they show up again I will get a different tool.
