First BIG Problem with the A7!

So I picked up my Audi after leaving it with a friend for a few days, I turned the car on.. and it went into TOTAL MELTDOWN! Only what I can describe as a full electrical failure. Every single warning light on on the audi, and the gearbox was going crazy.

I managed to get the Carly Connected Car OBD scanner on, and it shown 82 problems with the car! Can we find the bottom of this?

So after seeing the OEM battery was still on the car since 2011, I decided to chuck a new battery on, which worked!... for a few hours, and the exact same thing happened again. Ill be taking it to a specialist tomorrow, as this is my daily.. and I need it running.
