30 MIN STANDING TOTAL BODY CARDIO FAT BURN WORKOUT-

Let's get sweaty and burn lots of calories with this 30 minute standing, cardio sculpt workout with dumbbells. This workout is fast paced, cardio focused session that will target every part of your body, thanks to those weights.
For your reference I am using a much lighter pair of dumbbells than what I would normally do as you want to aim for as many reps as possible.

Don't forget can always change the pace or intensity of my workouts to suit your mood or energy levels. Make it your own and don't forget to have fun!

The dumbbells I am using are from the FIAR brand, specially made for women.
FIAR dumbbells won the Contemporary Good Design Award. The appearance of the dumbbell is hexagonal.
They come in three colours: blue, orange, grey.
Dumbbells can be adjusted by rotating the weight plates at both ends, and the weight ranges from 2kg to 5kg.
