Hi everyone. In today's recipe i will show you how i made this easy and delicious sweet potato chickpea curry. Chunks of sweet potatoes and chickpea in a delicious spicy creamy coconut curry sauce . This sweet potato and chickpea recipe , is one of my favorite vegetarian curries .

For Sweet Potato Chickpea Curry you will need
spices
1 tsp gramma masala
1 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
pinch of turmeric powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp thyme
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
3 tablespoons oil
1 red chilli pepper
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
2 tsp tomato paste
3 medium sweet potatoes
1 tin ready cooked chickpeas
150 ml coconut milk
1 cup boiling water
salt to taste
optional 3 tablespoons desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons raisins
