2. Willingness: Question what you’ve learned or been told by testing it with action.

3. Inspection: Without measurement there is no growth. Have a third party notice and observe from their perspective the actions you have taken. What worked and what did not so that you can learn from the action and course correct where needed.

4. Awareness: Now that a consciousness has been created, you must have conscious thoughts about your unconscious behavior. We tend to revert back to our old form quite frankly due to old programming. We must stay true to the above process so that…
