This is an easy toilet replacement. They don't always go this well. Sometimes the bolts have to be cut off. Sometimes the flange is broken and has to be replaced. Don't think by watching this video as a DIYer that yours will go this easy. Be prepared for anything and everything that can go wrong... and have a plumber's number handy when they do go wrong.
