Mistaking Activity For Productivity in the Rat Race

A thought provoking spectacle of a domesticated rat running in circles. It's not running to get food or to escape predation. It's running for other reasons that perhaps it doesn't understand. In the wild a rat would have to move around to find food, procreation, and to escape harm. Over time the instinct to move has survived it's domestication. Yet at the same time, it's expending energy without the connection to betterment.
