Justice Minister Major General Kahinda Otafiire today faced a four panel Commission of Inquiry investigating misuse of funds at Uganda Wildlife Authority. At least 100 billion shillings that was meant for use under the authority's 'Protected Areas Management and Sustainable Use Project', is said to have been misappropriated when Otafiire was Minister of Trade, Tourism and industry.
