Testing the second LOGO! program OFF Delay

Testing the second LOGO! program using a second channel of RED LEDS to stay ON as soon as the second Input channel goes LOGIC HI. After a predetermined time as set in the previous video the second channel of RED LEDs goes OUT. This is a second layer of coding that utilizes an OFF Delay Special Function.
