outboard thief apprehended 7/23/15

This intruder was observed cutting the fence to our customer's property. He then proceeded to take a small outboard motor off of one of our customer's boats. Night Hawk Monitoring notified the local police who dispatched several officers to the property. The subject sees the responding officers and exits the property.
