Parking Garage Break In - Long Beach California- Night Hawk Monitoring - 1/20/23

Night Hawk Monitoring apartment building and parking garage security in California. Night Hawk agents observe a male subject enter one of our customer's building's 12:30am. The subject takes a package from the mail area of the building, then takes the elevator down stairs into the parking garage. Night Hawk agents call the local authorities as soon as we notice suspicious behavior. The subject attempts to open several car doors. HE is then seen drilling a door lock with a cordless drill. He attempts to enter several other vehicles, then decides to try and depart the property. He is met by several officers that had already set up a perimeter around the building, including the rear alley way behind the parking garage. The subject was arrested and all items were returned to the owners.
