Create a Calendar Layout on a Single Sheet in InDesign

Calendar layouts come in a lot of different varieties and one of the popular questions is around creating a layout across a single sheet, that can be cut later. While there are scripts available to create calendars quickly this technique gives you complete control over your layout.
Note: at the time of recording, I was feeling a bit "under the weather" and where I've deleted rows in the calendar frames, it would of course be easier to simply adjust the height of the frame, moving the row on to the next threaded frame; whichever way you choose to get the job done, it'll work with the techniques shown here, however.
