Shaving my head!

This video took me so long to post. I still cry watching it. This was so hard for me as I’m sure it is for most cancer patients. I’ve had long long hair for as long as I can remember. I loved my hair, it was what I thought to be one of my most beautiful aspects. Through this journey I have learned it’s just hair and everyone who loved me with that hair loves me without it. It took some time for me to love it, and some days it still gets to me. But I have grown so much in realizing beauty is deeper than your appearance. One day my hair will grow back and I will have beat the biggest battle of my life. That’s what I look forward to!
