How to replace Dell R720XD R720 motherboard & backplane | PowerEdge Tips

I finally received a replacement motherboard for my Dell PowerEdge R720XD that stopped booting. In this video, I'm going to replace the motherboard in my R720XD server and show you a few tips I learned along the way. Hope it helps anyone else who might need to replace their R720XD or R720 motherboard! :-)
