What actually happens when you set H710P mini to gen 3 | PowerEdge Tips

In the previous video, I showed how to enable PCIe gen 3 link speeds on the H710P mini with P/N TY8F9. In this video, I'm going to show you what actually happens to the H710P mini when you do this. It has to do with a setting change saved in the SBR EEPROM chip on the card.
