青口1公斤/kg of mussels
煙肉粒80克/grams of bacon
香芹葉2棵/sprigs of parsley
月桂葉1片/bay leaf
洋蔥半個/half and onion
蒜頭3個/cloves of garlic
鹽少許/pinch of salt
黑胡椒粉半茶匙/half tsp of black pepper
雞湯少許/small splash of chicken stock
忌廉100克/ml of cream
百里香1/4茶匙/tsp of rosemary
白酒1杯/cup of white wine
