Weekend 飲剩咗啲香檳，就用佢嚟整一個好好味嘅青口。再同大家交代staycation嗰日發生咩事。

An easy-to-make mussels dish using leftover champagne. I've also promised that I'd explain to you what happened to me at our staycation so here it is.

二人份量

青口1.5公斤 - 1.5kg of mussels
蒜四瓣 - 4 cloves of garlic
紅蔥頭一個 - 1 shallot
茴香一個 - 1 bulb of fennel
番荽10克 - 10g of parsley
煙燻火腿80克 - 80g of Speck (or smoked bacon)
香檳兩杯 - 2 cups of champagne
牛油20克 - 20g of butter
