陪舅父舅母做一日獌 - 蕃茄炆牛肚 Uncle and Aunt's First United Game - Beef Tripe and Chorizo Stew

早個月舅父同舅母過咗嚟英國探表妹。舅父舅母都係曼聯球迷，又適逢係舅父生日，所以我送咗份禮物比佢哋。再加上好耐都冇煮餸，今集就用牛肚來做一個南歐菜式，希望大家鍾意。

My uncle and aunt was recently in the U.K. visiting my cousin. My aunt is a massive United fan but she's never been to Old Trafford before, plus it was my uncle's birthday at the time so I gave them both a treat. In this video I'll also be making a Southern European style beef tripe stew. Hope you enjoy the vid.

四人份量 For 4 people

牛肚500克 - 500g of beef tripes
蒜三個 - 3 cloves of garlic
洋蔥一個 - 1 onion
綠/黑橄欖各15粒 - 15 each of green and pitted black olives
蕃荽一小撮 - a handful of parsley
西班牙風乾腸200克 - 200g of chorizo
白扁豆一罐 - one can of butter beans
辣椒碎一湯匙(隨意) - 1 tbsp of chili flakes (amount is up to you)
白葡萄酒半杯 - half a cup of white wine
番茄一罐 - one can of chopped tomatoes
雞湯一杯 - one cup of chicken stock
月桂葉一片 - one bay leaf
鹽適量 - salt for seasoning
