This Chile Relleno recipe is stuffed with a tasty tuna filling, making it the perfect dish for lent!

Ingredients:
5-6 Chile Poblanos

Tuna Stuffing
4-5 (4oz) Cans of Tuna
1-2 Tomatoes
2-3 Jalapeños or Serrano Peppers
1 Large Garlic Clove
1-2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Salt & Pepper to Taste

5 Eggs
1 Cup Of All-Purpose Flour
2 Cups Vegetable Oil
Tomato Sauce
5 Roma Tomatoes
1/2 Onion
2 Serrano Peppers
2-3 Garlic Cloves
1 Chile Guajillo (optional)
1-2 Tbsp Chicken or Tomato Bouillon
1 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
