Carne Asada Fries & Meat Marinade

These baked fries are topped with grilled marinated skirt steak, pico de gallo, avocado, and lots of cheese and Mexican sour cream!

Ingredients for the meat marinade:
3-4 Lbs of Beef Skirt Steak or a cut of your choice
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1/3 Cup Lime Juice or the Juice from one lime
1/2 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Garlic Cloves
1/4 Cup MInced Cilantro
1 Tsp Black Pepper and Salt
One Medium Sliced Orange
1-2 Bundles of Green Onions or a few slices of white onion

Ingredients for Fries:
2-3 Russet or Yukon Gold Potatoes
1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Season with Cayenne Pepper, Salt, and Black Pepper
Makes 2-3 Servings

Ingredients for Pico de Gallo:
1 Large Tomato
1/4 White Onion
2 Jalapeños or Serrano Peppers
Handful of Cilantro
Salt & Pepper

Ingredients for Avocado Topping:
3-4 Avocados
One Lime (1-2 tbsp lime juice)
