Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coconut oil - 5 tbsp
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Cardamom - 5
Cloves - 5
Star anise - 1
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Bay leaves - 3
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Fennel powder - 1 tsp
Tomato - 1 (sliced)
Salt to taste
Coconut - 300 gm
Coconut milk - 1 cup (1st milk)
Coconut milk - 4 cup (2nd & 3rd milk)
Potato - 500 gm
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
