Seattle councilor blames CHOP shooting death on capitalism

The Seattle Councillor blaming a recent shooting death in the Capitol Hill Occupied Precinct on capitalism, isn’t a radical protester but someone who’s in a position to “enact the agenda of the freaks on the streets,” says Sky News host Paul Murray.

A 16-year old boy was killed on the weekend after a shooting occurred in the Capitol Hill Occupied Precinct, an area of Seattle overrun by Black Lives Matter protesters disallowing any police presence.

Local councilor Kshama Sawant took to Twitter to declare the shooting “highlights capitalism’s brutality and endemic violence”.

“Our movement rejects insinuations & falsehoods perpetuated by corporate and conservative media that this violence is outcome of CHOP or of our movement,” she continued.

Mr Murray said this is the “loon who’s been able to work out how to get themselves elected” not the radicals throwing paint at statues in the streets.

“How deluded are you when you blame capitalism”.
