I Did 30 Burpees Everyday for 30 Days and This is What Happened.

My first 30 day fitness challenge complete! I did 30 BURPEES every day for 30 DAYS in a row. I started out this month long challenge by doing an easy version of the burpee where I stepped instead of jumped. The next 10 days I did a proper burpee and then the last 10 days I did a burpee with a push up. I learned a lot and lost a few pounds, gained some muscle, improved my form and stamina, increased difficulty, gained confidence and more!

Thanks so much for watching, I know this video is a bit late. Turns out it was much more difficult to edit than I thought. Also with everything that is happening in the world I have found myself very distracted. I have also had a very hard time sticking to my diet. I am trying a few new things that I will update you on soon. love you!
