Hello You Guys. Cameron and I worked on a short documentary and HERE IT IS! This fitness journey has been super AMAZING and even though it hasn't been easy it has allowed me to learn so much about myself.This journey has allowed me to find my inner strength and seeing myself get stronger and more educated about health and fitness was the best of it all. I want to thank Cameron Wofford so much for guiding me and teaching me everything I know. I couldn't have done it without him. He showed me the ropes and now I am UNSTOPPABLE. In order to transform your body you must fuel it correctly. Learn from a trainer like Dawn who will actually teach you how to transform your body through nutrition. You must understand macronutrients and calories in order to move forward on your journey.
