400 Rep Lower Body Workout Using Resistance Bands

Happy Friday Everyone! Just finished this killer leg day! I completed 4 rounds while taking about 1-2 minute break between each full round! When I tell y'all I was dripping SWEAT LITERALLY! One thing that has helped me since I don't have access to a gym is using resistance bands to engage my muscles more! Also getting some fresh air and exercising outside! Yes the mosquitoes bite but it's a better view than in your living room!

Exercises:
- 20 Banded Back Squats
- 20 Banded Hip Thrusts
- 20 Reverse Lunges and kick (10 on each leg)
- 20 Banded Toe reaches (semi-deadlift)
- 20 In and Out Squats
