HAMBURGER/ WORLDS BEST CHEESY HAMBURGER CASSEROLE RECIPE/CHERYLS HOME COOKING/ EPISODE 479

This video is about making home made "CHEESY HAMBURGER CASSEROLE"....its so yummy. A little salt and pepper is all you need.

Quick and easy too.....ENJOY!!


This is the way my family enjoys this dish.....you can add onions, garlic whatever is your favorite flavor to this recipe.


INGREDIENTS:

1- Onion (chopped)
2- Garlic Cloves (chopped)
2 or 2.25 lbs. Of Ground Beef ( Browned) My package was 2.25 lbs...you can use 2 lbs.
14 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
5 -Red Potatoes ( Sliced Thin...Uncooked)

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat your oven to 350...

Chopped your Onion
Place in frying pan with a little olive oil..
Add Chopped garlic to your onion.

Once the onion and garlic are a little soft
Add your Ground Beef...cook until browned,
Once browned ...place the mixture in a casserole dish.
Slice your potatoes on a mandolin (if you have one) other wise slice the potatoes very thin...
Once sliced.... place the potatoes on top of your ground beef mixture
Cover with foil and place in your 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until your potatoes are soft...(test with a fork)....
Once the potatoes are soft...
Add your Cheddar Cheese on top
Place back into your oven uncovered until the cheese is melted...
SERVE
Add a little salt and pepper...ENJOY!!
